If I added Trazadone at night to sleep, would this counteract the sexual side effects of the Effexor?

> One well known med is Mirtazapine (Remeron). Nefazodone (Serzone) and Trazadone are others. Some of them are also added to another AD to block a sexual side effect. Try a simple Google search on these. There's plenty of info about them out there.
