It's a more balanced SNRI, and might work well for you. At first, I had a problem with anorgasmia, but that went away after a month or so.
Oh, yeah, and when I was experiencing anorgasmia, I had so little interest -- due to depression -- that I only tried in order to find out if I did have anorgasmia. Could have been a combination of depression and lack of interest, rather than the medication itself. %^P
