I am on stimulants and still have no problem falling and staying asleep.
Exercise has helped me boost energy, both cardio and strenghtening. Best not too much in the evening if you have sleep difficulties.
Mate is good too, watch out for tooth decay.
B-complex helps a bit. Dietary or metabolism issues can feel like lugging heavy chains.
Talking to a dietician may reveal a treasure of info.Change helps. Breaking routine deliberate is a necessity for me or I'll end up getting more and more exhausted. And that is just the opposite of what I FEEL like doing.
