I have been on one of these classes of meds. or a combination of them for as long as I can remember. I am currently taking 80 mg of Strattera and I must say it helps, but its effectiveness is dramatically increased with a very small dose of Adderal such as 5 mg in the morning and 5 mg after lunch. Without abusing these meds try them in different combos. Everyone is different thus meaning that my advice and even your DR.'s may be incorrect. Pay special attention to the way the meds make you feel and you will learn wonders about what works for you.
