Question RE: Adderall Side Effects

I am a 32 year old female and have been taking a daily dose of Adderall of 15mg for one month. I have noticed side effects that I can't find listed for this medication.

My face broke out with tiny pimples & blackheads. My skin has always been flawless. I have developed small 'scabs' on my cheeks where I tried to do poor extraction. Yikes! Now I can't model which is my profession.

Additionally, I got a very minor scratch on my leg 2 weeks ago & it has not healed.

Yesterday I noticed a broken capillary on my eyelid for no reason.

Anybody else have these side effects or heard of them?
