finding fulltext journal articles

i am looking for the full-text of that article where they treated treatment-resistant depression in 6 subjects with prednisone with beneficial response in 5 of them. it was in a journal called "Depress Anxiety 2000". this was the abstract:

does anyone know how i may find the full text. the database at my university cannot find it, but my school seems to widely recognized as one of the worst schools in canada (Carleton University) as my friend keeps reminding me. ugh. :(
