I used to do that a lot. It was at its worse when my depression was at its worse. APs and ADs also worsened it. It felt as though only half my brain was really there and it was very frustrating to have to read a paragraph over and over again to understand it.

However it went away after I decided to stop the meds and realized that indeed the depression was gone.
