Klonopin mood stabilizer?

I think the 150xl Wellbutrin and the Effexor XR 75mg. is going well. I'm scared of staying on the Effexor due to the liver issues and the withdrawl later. But the Wellbutrin still makes me a little high strung. I don't like the idea of Seroquel or Risperdal (I know a woman who is permanently afflicted with facial tics).
Is Effexor that bad to use alone? Or do I try adding Klonopin as a mood stabilizer to both? Right now I take Trazadone to sleep and I love it.
Any med suggestions. I don't like taking so many things.
