OK, I did a quick and dirty Google search, and came up with these:

I don't remember where I first read about the whole thing, but it was about a year ago, and described it as an emergent adverse effect that doctors should be aware of, and I think that it was something that only really showed up after being on the drug for a fairly extended period.

Sorry I couldn't find the articles I read way back when, but you can look around online for yourself.
