What's good for anxiety when you've taken Xanax before and it made you too sleepy - low dose don't remember how many mg. And, when I took Lexapro it made me sleepy and ravenously hungry. I DON'T want to gain ANY weight, and I want to still desire to do my exercise. It has taken me forever to get down to where I am now.
Anyway, so what won't make me tired or gain any weight? I'm on Adderall XR and Ambien now. I have a high level of anxiety normally, but now, when the Adderall wears off, the anxiety is so high I feel like I can feel every nerve in my body. Of course I know that's an exageration, but .....
Of course, I'll go with whatever my doc will give me, but I just want to know in case he asks.
