Hi! I have been on Lex (10mg) for more than a year now, mostly for anxiety and mild depression. The first weeks were very rough, severe side effects including SEVERE anxiety. I took very low doses of Xanax (.25mg) as needed to cope. After 8 or 9 weeks I notice a significant improvement in my depression and anxiety. No weight gain. Moreover, when you feel better you eat more and gain a little weight. No sexual effects.
Let us now how you are doing, good luck...
