Sleep paralysis can be an indicator of narcolepsy. Probably could be an indicator of other disorders too but the narcolepsy occurs to me first.
Don't know you history in detail but I seem to remember fatigue, anergia and other low energy states to be among your symptoms.
Just a thought.
