I had this same reaction with a high-ish dose of Adderall XR, but when I got off of it for several weeks, and then went back titrating up from 10, 20, 25, to 30 mg XR, which is less than what I was taking before, it's working like a charm. Maybe just a little blue when it wears off, but not bad, and it doesn't last more than an hour or so. Hope this and provigil aren't the last resorts.
