I Feel Nothing On 150mgs Wellbutrin XL

My doctor lowered my Seroquel from 200mgs to 100mgs and added 150mgs Wellbutrin XL. I've been on it for three days now and might as well be taking a Tylenol every morning. Its starting to piss me off all these lowerings and half *ss chances my doctor is giving medicines. I feel like he is going as slow as he can and showing no aggresiveness toward my treatment.
Why would I feel nothing on Wellbutrin? I think I took it back in 2000 not sure which form but a small dose drove me up the wall with paranoia and anxiety and now nothing, not even anything bad.
