Remeron (zispen)

Does anyone know typically the dose of remeron the adrenalin or noraepieherine or whatever it is kicks in (for most people) I am trying to get off it or to dose where I am not so bloody ANGRY!!!!!!!!! Would a dose of 15mg cause no " surplus" or med induced adrenalin to be released?
I never needed that adrenalin in the first place because I was a tad angry beforehand but this makes it 10 times worse, like a bull in a china shop sort of thing.
