You might want to take this thread to the psychology forum. You can get some support and suggestions there. This will probably be moved because this is the meds forum. That said, try to get to your doc. print this out and take it to him/her. They absolutely need to know how desparate you are. also, stay among other people, either physically or virtually, or best both. Also, you're taking that Adderall way too late in the day. You won't be able to sleep if you take it so late. Call your doc and see if you should stop until you can get in to see them.
