I stopped following these meds when i discovered Maois so im defintaly no authority,but arent these two very very activating meds,effexor affecting NE levels and wellbutrin dopamine,is it possable the high intensity of these particular meds might be triggering your mood swings,NE levels when too high can make a person very unpleasent to be around.

Other than risperdal did u consider a gaba drug like a benzo or something of the like,just a thought but regardless well wishes for you hope it works!
