I'm not sure how severe your mood fluctuations are, but you could try Lithium or Depakote in a low dose. These tend to lead to weight gain only at the higher end of the dosing spectrum. I had no weight/appetite problems with Lithium in doses up to 900 mg, and with Depakote up to 500 mg.
