Seroquel has a very wide range of therapeutic effect. From what I know, taking it alone, its not even considered "clinical" until about 400mg. But everyone is different and 200mg may suffice for you. As with any neuroleptic, the lowest effective dose is best, to avoid EPS and other effects.
I've taken it for a complex anxiety/ocd/somatiform/unexplained disorder for about 2 years, upping from 400mg to at one point 1200mg. I take 900mg at the moment. 800mg is considered the general top dose for normal cases.
I do experience EPS in terms of mild tremor and facial tremor; but its a tradeoff for what otherwise is a hideous condition. It is the mildest of antipsychotics in terms of 5HT->D2 activity except for Clozaril (which is a special one in a class of its own and is not normally taken unless one has extreme schizophrenia.)
Hope that helps
