You do realize 450mg per day is the max dose? That is quite a jump from 300 to 450. I would advise taking 400 mg a day first. Be careful how you space the doses. Usually they advise against taking 300 mg at once unless you are on an antiseizure drug or it is an extended dose form. I would expect you to be jittery towards the end of the day. Some people are a bit tired. Did you know it is sometimes used as an ADHD med?
