I know I'm a bit late here, but I agree with what the other person said---- 400mgs of Seroquel is a lot. Does it help with your anxiety? Maybe you could try lowering it and/or lowering the Klonopin. I don't know what usual dosages are for Klonopin but I occasionally take 1 or 1.5 mgs and that's enough to pretty well drug me out, although I often take it along with ativan.
I wouldn't cut them out if they are helping with depression +/or anxiety, but lowering them might really reduce your tiredness and still help your symptoms as well.
Also, do you need the trazodone at all? It sounds like you're tired enough without something extra for sleep.
