i bought a thing of Biotene mouthwash due to drymouth from Nardil and it doesn't really seem to help at all. This is a really annoying problem for me too so i hope i can find something helpful.
Also, they say sucking on sugar-free candy (what? no thank you) or chewing sugar free gum is helpful. i think the latter would be really good, except that i think i might have read something awhile back about how chewing gum (even sugar-free) a lot is bad for your enamel (i think it was enamel) because the constant chewing eventually wears away at it.
But i'm not sure if i really did read this or if i'm just confusing it with something else. Ah my stupid memory.
Anyway does anyone have any knowledge or educated/insightful opinions on whether or not chewing sugar-free gum can be bad for your teeth at all?
