My DBS voyage

Hi,
I had a consultation with the DBS head pdoc and a research coordinator two weeks ago. It seems that I was diagnosed with a bipolar spectrum disorder. Because of this bipolarity, they were unsure of my inclusion into the DBS study. They are apparently utilizing DBS with unipolar depressives at the moment. However, they may open up the criteria in the future. So, the search continues........
