Lithium (or risperdal) Augmentation of ADs

I posted above but was kind of long-winded and didn't get any replies, so let me try something short and sweet:

Anyone have experience augmenting antidepressants with lithium or risperdal? I'd like to hear about them. In my case I'm on my second week with 375mg Effexor XR (which I've taken for about 4 years) and just recently started 300mg Lithium twice a day.
