I just started parnate today. I'm quite paranoid about the diet restrictions already. Some things I'd like to keep eating are tofu, soy based veggie burgers and supplements, and whey protein... I'm told to avoid soy products and protein supplements, and the veggie burgers and the like probably contain yeast extract too. Anyone think some of these things are ok? Hmm, I'm not sure what I am suppose to eat for protein if they are not. I'm a veggitarian and enjoy bodybuilding so have always eaten really high amounts of these things. I guess I have to give up the bodybuilding.
I'm also unsure about taking clonazepam (klonopin) as needed for my social anxiety while on parnate. Seems like I got to be really careful about anything I put in my body.
Any thoughts would be great.
