It depends. If you don't have problems with sleeping, I would divide the dose. If insomnia is a problem, I would also divide it and take the last dose before 1-2 pm. If this does not help you need to take all tablets at once in the morning. 80 mg is a high dose. Do you take it as a stimulant?
