hi! Short answer: yes. Long answer: be careful, and only do this if you trust your doc. TCA's and SSRIs can play well together, but the problem is this: they tend to boost the levels of one another in the bloodstream. This can be good, if the dose is calibrated correctly, or it can wreack havoc if the dose is not calibrated correctly. Since you're dealing with TCAs here, the big problems would be that the dose of one or both of the meds was too high and the TCA blood levels got bumped up too much; this could lead to an increase in minor problems like weight gain and increase the likelihood of big problems, like cardiovascular weirdness and elevated blood pressure. Personally, I did well on a Cymbalta-Tofranil combo (both full dose)...some people may not do so well, though. Have you considered switching from Zoloft to Luvox first, and then trying a combo?
