What I believe are the best remedies for SSRI "poop-out":

1) Dopamine agonists (bromocriptine, ropinirole, pramipexole, cabergoline, etc.)
2) buspirone
3) bupropion
4) NMDA antagonist; amantadine is a DA agonist and NMDA antagonist. I do not know if memantine also induces DA release like amantadine.
5) mirtazapine

Given that I have no real clinical experience, none of those are ranked any higher or lower than any other one. You also can just switch ADs, which is what I did when I noticed every SSRI did nothing for me except make me worse in the long run. :)
