I want to get rid of this freakin' anxiety!!

Hi,
that was just me venting. My Dr. is considering giving me seroquel, but he asked me if I was confused, paranoid, irritable, immobilized - I could be, but no, I'm just a touch paranoid, and irritable, but I'm really getting tired
