Yes I took it.It takes 6 hours to start its effect,and yes it has one of the longest half-life benzo.I liked it more than Valium bec. it is much less sedating and does not give this depressed feeling and easy to get off.
Unfortunatly,because it is the slowest - acting benzo,and so not effective for rapid- as needed use,it did not gain popularity.
I like to use it when I need early- morning awakening problem and daytime anti anxiety effect,so I take 10mg at 11 o'clock and,and sleep naturaly,then its effect starts around 5 in the morning.
It is a very good benzo for anticipated anxiety with less cognitive effects and it is sad that it did not gain popularity bec of its slow action.
