First of all, why are you starting with 20mg. I've been on 10mg for about 3 weeks and the jitters went away (takes about two weeks). I tried to move up to 20mg for 4 days and couldn't function.
It's not a good idea to start high on any of these meds. Your body needs time to adjust before you up the dose.
