I feel for you!
Sometimes I feel like I am trapped within my own self. My brain won't work and walking, talking-anything is nearly impossible. I just feel mentally slow, sluggish and all my thought process are just hopelessly tangled.

I feel like corvette cleverly entrapped within a yugo.

What does one do?
The best we can, I guess.
Hoping and praying for the best for all of us.
