Effexor-TIRED/Exhausted?

I have been on Effexor for almost three weeks now and have just moved up to 150mg. Anyone else feel tired? Does this go away? I am not having problems sleeping but I have intervals during the day when I feel exhausted or I get uncontrolable yawns.
