Dizziness, Nausia, Topamax or Seroquel

I'm been feeling dizzy, and today even a bit nauseated. The unfortunate thing is that I increased my dose of Seroquel from 400 to 600mg at the same time that I started 25mg Topamax. I'm thinking of going up on the Topamax tonight. Do you think I'll get more dizzy?
