Hey there... I have been taking about 1mg of Remeron for awhile now. If I took 15mg I would be knocked out for 2 days. 1 mg seems to knock me out and I wake up a little tired but it goes right away with the first cup of coffee. I have the dissovable tablets so I just cut a little piece off with my fingernail, tiny tiny piece and it's great.
