> is there any medication that can help with this? ive been seeing people for years and they havent been able to help me at all and i cant tell them how much pain i am in. as soon as someone else is around i become anaesthetized and revert to conersation or small talk that doesnt have anything to do with how i feel. and nothing anyone says or any point of view that i am supposed to somehow adopt can help. it feels as if the only people that would be able to help me are now dead, and my only choice now is to follow them, but i am just as unfortunately safe as i always am.

ive found klonopin and celexa very useful for this. in my case my intense anxiety was preventing me from being fully available and able to open up at therapy. with these meds helping greatly in that regard im making new progress therapy wise.
