You ATTRIBUTE these symptoms to taking drugs, which may or may not be true, but it's not the ONLY possibility. It might help you to write a list of all the possible reasons you can think of for why these symptoms are occuring.Once you have this list you can use it to help figure out the best way to deal with these symptoms. For example, say you come up with three reasons, just a totally made up one would be.
1.anxiety
2.psychosis
3. medication
You can say to yourself, O.K, let me test out the first possibility, anxiety. even though I don't feel THAT anxious, perhaps I am and it's manifesting itself with these wierd body sensations. So how do I get rid of the anxiety? Then write another list about certain ways you can get rid of the anxiety
1.Ask Dr. about drug
2. Use a drug that has helped with anxiety in the past
3.Cognitive Therapy
And test it out and see if by getting rid of the anxiety these symptoms go away.
And if not go onto the next possible reason on the list and follow the same method. Also, by having it all written down on these lists, it might help with not ruminating about these symptoms because there is no reason to, you have the road map to the answer, you can go on and live your life.
