Does zyprexa stop my antidepressant's effect?

I am currently taking 10mg of zyprexa and 75 mg of effexor. I just started effexor about 2 weeks ago, and the reason i'm asking is i have been on two drugs with zyprexa since i have started it, lexapro and effexor, and it seems that i don't feel an antidepressant effect that i got when i first took effexor a while ago before this--even the first day i got an effect. I got quite a reaction before and now it's just flat. Any help, i need it.
