Are you feeling anxious or nervous energy as well as racing thoughts?
Celexa (which is LExapro's twin) could possibly do that if you don't respond well to things that mess with your seratonin (like me!). When I was on Lexapro, I had horrific racing thoughts and my depression worsened.

Also, what is your Lamictal dose and how long have you been on it?
