What you described in your first post is what hypomania can feel like ESPECIALLY if you don't think it is and others who live with you say you are acting really different. You comments about ideas on world issues etc. is how I get when I am hypomanic. I all sorts one after the other and I can't slow them down. I have ideas for books, business plans ... all sorts of things and they all sound GREAT! :-)
I also get irritable though. I feel like I am surrounded by idiots. I hate it when I am like that. I feel bad for the people around me.
I hope you don't crash too hard.
Let's us know what the pdoc says.
