Missing a Cymbalta dose and anxiety = Adduction?

I've been at 30mg of Cybalta for a week and now at 60mg for a week. If I accidentally miss a dose I just can't sit still. Anxiety or akathesia? I dont' know. But it doesn't go away untill I take my Cymbalta. Does this mean I'm becoming addicted? Is it a withdraw symptom?
