Yes, see I do believe I create the anxiety in my head out of FEAR of what the medicine MIGHT do. Thus having the attack right after swallowing the first pill; which is likely psychosomatic.
I think that's what I did the first time I took Ativan (I had a huge panic attack after taking it).
I may end up taking it at my doctor office the firs time so if I wig out, he can help me.

Yeah.. it's pretty pathetic.
