Would you return extra Meds to a Chemist??

Hi all,
If a Pharmacy dispensed an additional amount of a controlled medication you were prescribed,
would you return it?
Say if this med was
-Valium
-Xanax
-Klonopin
We are talking about a considerable number of extra Tabs here, (Benzo) of a *very* much in demand Med.
