I think having someone you can talk to in confidentiality is wonderful. It gives you a chance to voice what's on your mind without being afraid of ridicule, or anger. Someone who listens and then helps you figure out a plan for your recovery. Just make sure the person is someone you feel you can really relate to and feel comfortable. I've had therapists that were not a match. It is worth your while to interview a few and then decide which one you like best. Fondly, Phillipa
