I'm on l5mg a day total of valium. 25mg of zoloft, and 7.5mg of remeron. I'm about to cut out the remeron as it doesn't seem to be doing anything for me except make me fat. But, we are all unique and we all have different needs. If what you are taking works then by all means don't give it a second thought and continue.
