Long term Effexor..........then....

Has anyone had Effexor be thier mainstay AD for 11 to 12 yrs (off and on to try other meds...mostly on) then switch to Cymbalta and have a SIGNIFICANT POSITIVE CHANGE? Would like to hear from anybody who has made this change and what the pros' and cons are! Pdoc appt tommorow! Thanks
