I feel that way about myself sometimes too...
That all I do is frustrate people and get on peoples nerves and I just hate myself so much and want to be different.But it is a process...
I don't think there can be a sudden change overnight so that it is all better. Not with all the will in the world. But there can be small steps that we can take to get the ball rolling.
Part of it is figuring out just why it is that someone is upset about something we have said / done. Understanding why. Then there is some hope that we can do it differently next time. If we don't understand then we don't see what it is that would be helpful for us to change.
But it will take time
And baby steps
I have faith you will get there.
