I've had really good luck with Periactin (cyproheptidine), which is an anti-histimine. It counters the effects of SSRIs, but then wears off after a couple of hours. Sort of like Viagra ;-D, just take it when you wanna -- well, you know...

It's not something that you take all the time, because it will counter ALL the effects of SSRIs (at least according to my pdoc), but it will ease the anorgasmia temporarily. If your libido is missing in action, though, I don't know if it will help.

I've also heard of adding Wellbutrin, but that's not something I've tried.
