Lamictal side effects after discontinuing

I'm a little worried about nagging side effects from Lamictal even after 4 weeks of discontinuing.

I stopped Lamictal because of these side effects:

Headache
Burning stomach
Warm feeling in my brain
Hip joint pain, bursitis
Extreme bloodshot eyes and pain behind eye
Cognitive issues above 125mg
Crying spells for no reason

It's been a month and I still have a rush of that warm feeling in the brain it gave me and I feel like my IQ is half of what it was. This is very frightening and I'm worried that it may have done something permanent.

Anyone know any info on how long biologically in your brain this med can effect you? I'm pretty level headed and have tried many meds and stopped with no problems, but Lamictal has me freaked!
