I've never been on Lexapro but I've been on several other SSRIs and I've never had a problem with thyroxin. I've never heard of any problems combining it with Wellbutrin either. I think if you were on too high a dosage of synthroid that it would speed you up - something that Wellbutrin also can do - so the effect might be intensified.
